Here's how to make a bread omelette:

1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk them with a fork or whisk until the yolks and whites are fully combined.

3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the butter or oil.

5. Place the bread slice into the hot frying pan and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side, until it's golden brown.
